I’m loving this waist binder! This one is perfect!
I have it on the first set of hooks and it’s very comfortable and will not let you slouch at all. I love the hook/zipper combo. It makes the waist trainer feel more secure. And the over the shoulder straps are adjustable which made the trainer more comfortable.

First of all, IT WILL BE HARD PUTTUNG ON.You have to hold your stomach in, look in the mirror and start from the bottom.YOU Will probably think its too SMALL. Its NOT YOU are suppose to be able to squeeze it all in,and thats what I did and I LOOK AMAZING.....

I wore it 8+ hours every day and made it through a 45 minute workout 3 times per week without any bunching up or pinching.The fitting, comfortableness, and supportive all gets 10/10. Highly recommended !!!
